We use only the finest materials and techniques to create our garters. They are designed using luxurious materials that would never be found in the usual store-bought garter, such as genuine freshwater pearls, natural faceted stones, and silk ribbons. Our flat style garters are designed to lay flat across the front of the leg and gathered only in back to minimize being seen under certain gowns. We carry sizes XS-XXL because we want each bride to have something that is actually wearable for her entire wedding day.
In looking at typical garters you’ll notice the same small, ordinary bow. We only use bows when they complement the garter, and they are always ones we design and make ourselves. We encourage you to shop around and compare garters. You will see a difference in our quality, technique, design, and size.
In our descriptions, we have provided you with an “Overall Length” measured from top to bottom when the garter is being worn. This is to show how it will look on your leg, but also to show how much more you get with a Garter Glitz garter. Some of them are quite heavy (we encourage ordering a size down in the beaded fringe); some have great movement when wearing them while walking; others are simply soft and nicely comfortable.
For brides who love family and tradition, we have learned that your mother’s wedding dress doesn’t always fit, and maybe you don’t even want to wear it. An heirloom garter is an excellent alternative. It’s very easy to save and forgiving in fit. They are small enough to be framed or easily packed away. How wonderful to have something from your wedding day to give to a daughter to wear on her special day! We also offer advice on how to do the age-old tradition of the garter toss in a tasteful way so everyone can enjoy it.

Sizing
Please measure around your leg where you would like to wear your garter, usually a few inches above your knee, to determine your size. Since garters were originally used to hold up both of your stockings, it doesn’t matter which leg you choose for your bridal garter. All measurements below are of the elastic in the garter. Please keep in mind they stretch but are not meant to feel tight.

Bouquet Wraps
We now offer bouquet wraps for brides and bridesmaids. It’s another way to personalize and add your own flair to your wedding day. We use the same high quality materials as our garters, and offer a variety of designs. Our double faced satin ribbon ties can accomodate any size bouquet and tie into a beautiful self-bow. We include pearl-headed straight pins so your florist has the option of cutting the ties and pinning the ends.
